Shipping & Payment Information

Because we are a very small retail store, inventory levels and the availability of our products are changing on an hourly basis.  We do our best to keep our Online Shopping Inventory up to date, but cannot guarantee that all items will be in stock.  We don't want the hassle of charging you for items that we might not have available. For this reason, the following methods of payment will be accepted:

IN STORE PICK-UP
•Place your order and choose > In Store Pick-up
•Wait for an email stating the availability of your order, and an invoice with your balance owing
•Come to the store and pay for your items 

TELEPHONE PAYMENT
•Place your order and choose > Telephone Payment (VISA or MASTERCARD)
•Wait for an email stating the availability of your order, and an invoice with your balance owing
•Please phone us at 250.746.8444 with your invoice number to make your payment

PAYPAL INVOICE
•Place your order and choose > Paypal Invoice
•Wait for an email stating the availability of your order, and a Paypal invoice with your balance owing
•Please pay your Paypal Invoice

How much is Shipping?
•Regular Shipping is FREE for all orders within Canada over $150 (before tax)
•Orders under $150 within Canada are charged a flat rate of $8.00
•All orders shipped to the USA are charged a flat rate of $12.00 CND
•If you require a faster shipping method, please leave a note in the "NOTES" section when checking out.  We can adjust your invoice to include the method of your choice.

How long will it take?
•For orders within Canada we ship via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. If everything is in stock, your order will ship out within 1-3 business days (not including weekends) AFTER PAYMENT IS RECEIVED. Within Canada, you should receive your order in about 1-8 business days from when it's shipped. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

What about returns?
•We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.  Please mail the package back to us (your cost) within 10 days and we will refund or exchange your purchase (minus the shipping charge).  Please make sure your items is in new condition with all tags attached and your receipt is included. We expect to be notified of your return ASAP, so please email info@radway.ca or phone 250.746.8444 to let us know what the issue is.
